How long did it take to do remove the exhaust, and install the new one?

You could swap out the resonators and replace the flex pipes with regular piping.

I could but I HATE drone on any car. I like a loud exhaust but it has to sound good. Getting rid of the resonators would cause a good bit of rasp. I'm also going to keep the flex pipes since I have stock motor mounts which flex a bit so I don't want to crack the exhaust (or whoever buys it next).

With my M37x this spring I'm gonna do exhaust having the cat shield rusting and rattling with 124k miles I want to try something different than stock. Actually like that sound u got going. Not to loud but little above stock..

This is the perfect setup for someone wanting more performance but not too much noise. I would call it a "sleeper" exhaust setup. I will be doing a full exhaust video soon.

I’m looking for a used g35 exhaust. Where do you find the used exhausts because I don’t want to pay for a brand new one
@kova_motive3 жыл бұрын
Just have to look around...marketplace, forums, FB pages, ebay. They pop up from time to time especially since these cars are getting older.

A new exhaust with headers will only set you back 250 bucks the drivers side header will need to be heated and dented in about a quarter inch to miss the steering shaft

Great work but those gaskets will fail.. when they do get the tripple stacked infiniti factory gaskets ... Ask me how I know
@kova_motive3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the advice! Luckily I've had good luck with these style gaskets on cat-backs. Now, when I do headers and even test pipes, I prefer metal gaskets, but this style has worked well for me over the years for cat-backs on multiple cars. Plus, I like to make sure the gaskets match the piping diameter. Thanks again for the heads up though!
