This is a great idea! I may use this for working out. I've been spending way too much time on my phone lately. Balance it out by using my screen time to determine how much time I'm going to spend on my workouts every day. 🙏🏾💪🏾

For me, the habit is more when i am at home then when i am outside. Like i don't like being on my phone when getting my haiR done or in public haha which does decrease my screentime. Although being inside means it goes up A LOT. Great video

You should try the waves in new jersey there are some surf beaches but for me myself as a beginner and you intermediate you could try surfing in Island beach state park!
