I miss the atmospheric sounds of an arcade so much! I remember how excited I was when I heard the elephants from SF2 roaring from somewhere deep inside the arcade.

I've never played Prehistoric Isle, but I saw gameplay on KZbin. It stands out among the (what seems like) millions of plane shooter games. Also I love all the Capcom vs games.

I nearly got a 6 slot one of these with the bench a few years back. Missed the guys sale by 20 minutes. I was absolutely gutted. Crazy Rare machines here in the UK. Yours looks new! Beautiful machines. Love the big red monsters! 🙂

Mark of the Wolves and Real Bout are the same franchise. Also, Final Fight is a side-scrolling beat-em-up made by Capcom.

To avoid the problems with missing sound or artefacts i usually pull out the carts 1mm after i stick them in. In most cases this works well.

You may have to clear the backup ram after booting with garbage on screen. The game can often save improper settings to the system's backup ram. If the battery on your motherboard is working, the bad settings won't clear until you manually clear the ram.

You miss-pronounced Ryu there (common mistake) and you got yourself a bit muddled there, you said Final Fight, where I'm sure you probably meant to say Fatal Fury. Though SNK did have a Final Fight-esque game released in the early days of the Neo Geo called Burning Fight.

SNK had a handful of final fight clones which were good - Robo Army, Mutation Nation and the Sengoku trilogy. But Burning Fight was basically the closest to being the equivalent, albeit being heavily inspired by Black Rain (which had two NYPD detectives teaming up with a Japanese detective)
