It was honestly shocking to see how much time I am wasting on my phone when I have so many hobbies and other things I seem to never have time for. Like I said in the video, while I was successful this week, I doubt I will be spending 2+ hours reading on weekdays; but I am at least aware of how much more time I have during the day than I initially thought! I was surprised that even on my longer days, I still had time to scroll and do other things I enjoy in addition to reading.
