This is a krithi of Sri Purandaradasa written in Kannada. The pronouciation should be as in Kannada. The word 'chelli' is being pronounced wrongly. Kererya neeranu kerege 'chelli'. Otherwise OK.

Encouraging should be there, I fully agree. But not at the cost of corrupted lyric. Lyric and Bhava are the life of a song. Singing the lyric very wrongly is an insult to the great saint composer. Why is the hurry? Learn properly and then teach others. It is very much important to learn the lyric, understand the meaning and sing with proper Bhava. That is the basic requirement for singing. Without the permission of the Guru, one shouldn't start teaching, just because a free platform is available. People from entire world go through the videos of this platform. They are also made to learn wrongly!!!! Young age, super voice. Let her learn properly and teach properly. I am writing this comment only for her good, without any bad intention.
