Swarm of Russian helicopter gunships blitzing Ukraine airport as Putin launches invasion

CHILLING video on Thursday appears to show the moment Russian helicopter gunships swept over Ukraine to attack an airport just miles from Kyiv.
Russian choppers can be seen hurtling over the landscape as they attacked the military base at Gostomel Airport.
Ukrainian officials said they managed to down at least three of the aircraft - but the Russians had managed to seize control of the area.
Kyiv's presidential office said there was "fierce fighting" at the airport.
In some of most dramatic footage of the invasion so far, the helicopters are seen flying low and appearing to be firing flares as they moved in.
Smoke is seen rising in the background from the devastated landscape amid the bloodshed which has plunged Europe into a new crisis.
The craft are believed to be a mix of Ka-52 Alligators, Mi-8s and Mi-24 military attack helicopters.
Elsewhere, fighter planes were seen flying low over Kyiv - while a Ukrainian An-26 transport plane was shot down, killing 5 people.
It came after Vladimir Putin declared WAR on Ukraine with an overnight barrage of artillery, airstrikes and missiles.
The tyrant declared a “special military operation” in Ukraine with a dawn raid after months of amassing his forces on the border and brazenly lying to the world about his plans to invade.

The last Ukrainian soldier standing there gets massively shot, but as a final duty he manages to down with a Javelin (or something similar) one helicopter full of troops. До захвата украинцем Сагайдачным и поляком Владиславом Московии, финно-угры писали на уйгурице- это исторический факт. Грамматику российского языка Ломоносов написал аж в 1755 году используя грамматику украинской(славянской) мовы украинского просветителя Милентия Смотрицкого. Например финн по отцу и татарин по матери Пётр-Исаак 1 мурза Нарыш вообще не знал московского наречия и его переводчиком был его же любовник Меньшиков. Да, да хронический сифилитик и алкоголик Пётр-Исаак 1 мурза Нарыш был пассивным геем и умер от сифилиса, а московского наречия не знал. Екатерина 2 так же не говорила на московском наречии, и все придворные Екатерины говорили на немецком и французском языках, и это 18 век, и нет ещё ни каких русских ! То есть мы понимаем, пришли славяне Сагайдачный и Владислав, и с ними украинцы и поляки к финно-уграм, а москали говорят на финно-угорских наречиях и совсем не понимают славян... Славянские языки не имеют ничего общего с финно-угорскими. Более того, Сагайдачный и Владислав с армией славян были врагами азиатской Московии. Армия славян Москву быстро окружила, а после взятия украинцем Сагайдачным Серпухова и Калуги в Москве быстренько приняли все условия и подписали позорный мир. Исторический факт, в РФ нет документов на московском языке до прихода Сагайдачного и Владислава, и не удивительно, Крымский хан был хозяином Московии и дань ему платила Московия до 1700 года, а государственными языками Московии были - арабский, уйгурский и кыпчакский. Известно что Православие сменило Несторианство на Московии после того как славяне украинцы и поляки захватили азиатов - московитов и провели Никоновские реформы в 1650 году. На каком языке в тот период говорили и писали славяне - русины ( украинцы ) ? Украинцы истинные русины всегда говорили и писали на родной руськой мове, то есть украинской мове. Так кто кому в будку свет провел ? В Петиции к французскому сенату К. Делямар пишет: Живя между Московией и, собственно говоря, Польшей, рутенцы, к которым раньше относилось название «русы» (Russes) и «русины» (Russiens), были порабощены в прошлом веке московитами, и народ завоеватель сам на себя распространил имя побежденного народа, чтобы придать себе мнимых прав на владение им. Поэтому слова «русы» (Russes) и «московиты» представляются нам сегодня синонимами, тогда как на самом деле они являются совершенно различными для историка. * Касательно голодомора информация об жертвах также занижена. За переписью 1926 года количество Украинцев на территории СРСР становила 31.195 миллиона людей, а за переписью 1937 года 26.421 миллиона. В таком случае учитывая нероджённых и учитывая скорость рождаемости +10 процентов в 1926-37 годах потери были от 7 милионов 955 тысяч людей. Но одновременно эти данные есть занижены так как Украинское население на тот момент росло быстрее московитов. Если ориентироваться на демографические данные возростания московитов за 1927-1937 год то потери Украинцев насчитывают около 11 милионов 246 тысяч и 722 человека. Если же брать темпы возростания населения как РРФСР (+11.6 процентов в 1927-1937 годах) то потери Украинцев были около 8 миллионов 390 тысяч человек

Admittedly, if there's one thing I believe the Russian military got right when trying to storm Ukraine in a matter of days, if not weeks, it's that air power would be key to advancing quickly over territory blitzkrieg-style, especially in terrain as rough as Ukraine's marshes, where tanks would often get stuck in the mud during the rainy seasons. Alas, I believe that Russia didn't bring enough helicopters, including transport helicopters, for this kinds of airborne blitzkrieg, and instead pinned its hopes on epic land-based maneuver battles with tanks and other armored vehicles, as if they were preparing to fight in the wide-open deserts of North Africa instead of within their own neighborhood. Moreover, for these above aforementioned reasons, I believe that Ukraine would get quite a bit more benefit from the West supplying it with more transport helicopters than from being supplied with not only tanks or IFVs, but with surface armored vehicles in general.

It is transpor not strike helicopter.The soldiers disembarked from them at about 16:00 Kiev time and seized the airport. During that night, they fought with the Ukrainians (the National Guard, I think) and waited for reinforcements. As far as I know, 2 companies flew to them on planes and may have already arrived. To understand the situation. If Kiev is Washington, then Gostomel is Silver Spring. Practicli they desembark in Kiev.
