I believe the best choice would be the Leica Geovivid Pro. Great optics and laser. Plus, and I mean a big plus is over $1K less. Can’t see spending $4K for the Swaros. Just my opinion. Good video sir. God bless!

I got to try the Geovid Pro later and they are indeed slow to return data. The time to cycle between distance and elevation/windage is more than I (and many prefer). If this is not to be used in a time sensitive scenario (e.g., NRL Hunter), then the Geovid Pro is a solid choice. We'll have to see what the new Vectronix Vector X brings. If the glass can equal Leica, the Vector X looks like the way to go.

​@@ocabj Did you try the new Leica geovid pro AB+? tried them last weekend. The guy from Leica told me they had half the time of return data compared to competitors. Price is about 4k USD

You can send them to the outdoorsman in AZ, takes about a week. They make a great post to mount them on. Use it for hunting.

Very happy with mine but at first I did wish that it had true AB software. I bought them to have a quick all-in-one solver info when hunting out west and to use them for possible NRL matches in the future. So far the solver software has been pretty spot on which makes me happy. There's no beating the glass quality, well except for NL's but until they offer a NL Range they will be the best option on the market. IMHO they are well worth the money.

I wish I could tell you. Haven't had the opportunity to try Geovid in real world (outside a convention center).

Swar actually does have a Universal Tripod Adaptor.
