Do they have any offerings with a reticle?

spldrong It’s a different model but the STR on Swaro website provides MOA or MRAD options

Yes. I have the Swaroski STR 80 model which has a mils reticle built in. It is dead accurate. I use it to spot for MOA shooters as well. Spotting scopes that don't have reticles are designed for bird watching and are next to useless for long range rifle spotting.
