Synopsis :
Chandragupta assumes that the drink is truth serum and makes Chanakya drink it. Dhananand reveals to Chandragupta that the drink is actually poison instead of truth serum. Bhardasaal informs Dhananand about Seleucus's arrival. He orders Chandragupta to stay with Chanakya till the moment he dies. Seleucus opens the secret door of the tunnel. While discussing about the same tunnel through which Seleucus's men are intruding to rescue Chanakya, Seleucus learns from Dhananand about the poisonous gas which will kill the intruders. Chanakya asks Chandragupta to close the door after smelling the poisonous gas. Later, Chanakya asks Chandragupta to fulfil his dream of 'Akhand bharat' and then falls unconscious.
चंद्रगुप्त मानते हैं कि पेय सच सीरम है और चाणक्य इसे पीते हैं। धनानंद ने चंद्रगुप्त को बताया कि पेय वास्तव में ट्रुथ सीरम के बजाय जहर है। भारदासल धनानंद को सेल्यूकस के आने की सूचना देता है। वह चंद्रगुप्त को चाणक्य के मरने तक उसके साथ रहने का आदेश देता है। सेल्यूकस सुरंग का गुप्त द्वार खोलता है। उसी सुरंग के बारे में चर्चा करते हुए जिसके माध्यम से सेल्यूकस के लोग चाणक्य को बचाने के लिए घुसपैठ कर रहे हैं, सेल्यूकस को धनानंद से जहरीली गैस के बारे में पता चलता है जो घुसपैठियों को मार देगी। चाणक्य ने चंद्रगुप्त से जहरीली गैस की गंध आने के बाद दरवाजा बंद करने को कहा। बाद में, चाणक्य चंद्रगुप्त से 'अखंड भारत' के अपने सपने को पूरा करने के लिए कहते हैं और फिर बेहोश हो जाते हैं।
