Dr. Viper might be a villain, but he is the only one who can stand up to Dark Kat without losing his cool. I have a lot of respect for that.

Not to mention he anticipated Dark Kat's betrayal and double crossed him in the end. Really shows how smart of villain he is and that makes me have more respect for him then most of the villains in the series.

I wished other of my childhood cartoon favourites from the 90s like Biker Mice From Mars, Space Cats, Creepy Crawlers, Super Dave, Hammerman, The Adventure of Hyperman, Blazing Dragons, Cowboys of Moo Mesa, The Addams Family, Albert the Fifth Muskeeter, Santo Bugito, Walter Melon,and captain simian and the space monkeys were finally released onto complete DVD at last just like Swat Kats.
