I BOUGHT A NEW ACER 32 TV INCH TV ON 25th November 2023 and it got installed by 1 st of December 2023 and on the 3 rd December 2023 my TV stopped working and by today i.e. 26th of December my TV isn't working and not technician has visited even there is no response form the customer care as well from reliance digital itself .. don't buy Acer TV worst service waste of money 12000 rupees gone in vain .

Nahi isme 3rd party apps support nahi karta. Isme sirf GOOGLE TV compatible apps hi work karti hain. Agar External source(pendrive) se bhi koi app install karne ki koshish karoge to install ho jati hai but jab aap app open karoge to work nahi karegi. Google play store ki 99.99% apps Google TV ke sath compitable nahi hain. Google TV has destroyed the Android functionality. And this TV has several problems. 1. Connection to Bluetooth headphones frequently lost and sound cuts. 2. Audio delay when you connect Bluetooth headphones. 3. Often when you switch on tv It just shows a blank screen, then you have to switch off the main power switch and start the tv again. 4. Over Brightness to contrast ratio is a big problem in this TV that puts a whitish layer on the screen and often the picture seems a bit faded and the shine of skin color and hair is lesser than on other tv, it spoils the pleasure of watching. And even if you switch on DYNAMIC contrast option then the contrast keeps changing with every scene, so you can't keep the dynamic contrast on. This TV has Good Picture sharpness and good audio quality, that's all. I am not happy with this TV

My honest advice is that don't buy TV online, Go to the offline market so that you can see the TV quality before spending your money. If your budget allows you and you have to purchase online then go for SONY and avoid GOOGLE TV .
