That's really interesting. I have this Libra Nakshatra at my ascendant and in fairly close opposition to Mars in the 7th house. My venus wins the war with mercury due to degree. Hitler's mars won the war with venus.... Otherwise, he may have gone on to be that artist he always wanted to be. I'm intelligent yet suck at tests and higher academics. Make cool art but due to other neg alignments no one will see much of this stuff or appreciate it. Planets dish it out, seemingly randomly. Hence, all other factors in a chart may or may not take precedence like Atmakaraka or stronger planets in the first house and debility of the finer qualities of the ruling planet of Libra (Venus).

Vedic says you are Scorpio? I don't think so... The planets tend to go back one sign in Vedic due to it's adjustment to precession. I don't know where did you get that in Vedic Astrology you go forward one sign. You could have switched the names... In reality, if in Western you are Scorpio, then you could easily change to Libra, and if in Western you are Sagittarius then you could easily change to Scorpio.
