If you want some method by which you can decide who should answer first(you don't have a buzzer )then I have a suggestion . The one who asks questions in middle can start two stopwatches at the same time give to the rest two , say the question and the one out of two who first stops the watch when he/she knows the answer will get the opportunity to answer first.
