I am just watching this 4 years later but must make a comment. Maks and Meryl??? I wonder how much attention many of the people commenting here really paid much attention to the shows that year. You sure were not very analytical when it comes to the observance of the interactions between the two of them. Maks was the only one in love. Meryl already had a lover and had no intention of changing that. While she was single (boyfriend or not) she was always one of the biggest flirts out there. She was having a lot of fun flirting with Maks and watching what it was doing to him. That was the extent of their relationship.

They should definitely have their own personal space for this; however, they are in the public eye. They will be scrutinised by conventional and alternative media, whether they consent to this or not. Being in command of your own moment, around your best audience, just makes sense. I would be more concerned about couples who have unplanned children, no idea of what they are in for whatsoever, than Macks being poorly experienced in relationships. I am the product of just such a couple. The breakdown was scary, to say the least.

AAD ..you cant doll..this was a live concert i attendef in florida and they did not permit cameras or videotaping but i was able to take out my cell phone at very end of show snd record his proposal and thank goodness i did...it was a great show though.
