Great video. However, if the horizontal beam is made of two parts and one side has a different stiffness than the other side then the frame may be a sway frame too?

NON SWAY FRAME sir Reason is whatever the loadings ,whatever the moment of inertia of members ,whatever the lengths of columns but there exists horizontal fixed support.

Udl is acting on beam and has different (I ) then it is sway but in ss bhavikatti textbook has non-sway frame

If the columns are of same length, same eleastic properties and having same end supports... then if UDL is acting on whole beam of different length and different elastic properties, it is a NON-SWAY FRAME. Bhavikatti is right.

Moment of inertia is denoted by I . But Why is there moment of inertia is denoted by 2I 3I, please explain someone 😶😶

Because different members in a structure may have different values of moment of inertia. If the value of moment of inertia of one member is twice or thrice of that of another member, then it must be denoted as 2I or 3I respectively.

This is not the definition of a sway frame. Your examples are all standard rigid connection "non-sway" frames. Just because the frame sways does not define it is a "sway frame". Please google search the definition of a "sway frame" vs. a "non sway frame" used by structural engineers.
