To remember all combinations for emotions is even harder then to play the game.

Honestly, you just need to used them alot. It's just a matter of times you will know how to used almost all of those emote. The order of emote changed abit depending on you have Shield/off hand stuff on the other hand, having weapons or not on hands or only throw able. However its worth knowing to used them, especially if you're new-fish to Mordhau & even Chivalry 1-2. You can get along with team-mate & enemy alike with emote (and voice menu) alone, since at the end of the day not all players are toxic try-hard. We all just having fun & enjoy swinging sword & throw stuff :D

Played for a while about a year and a half ago and gave up after a couple of months because there was just too much of a skill gap between me and the folks who've played since the start to make trying to learn fun. Wondering if things have changed much since then, is all.

Thanks dude! Yeah I totally understand. To be honest, it's probably even harder to get into now because the average skill level of players has only gotten better as the player numbers decrease! Although, as you've probably noticed from my videos, there's definitely ways to play the game and still have fun without having to try to learn all the nuances of the combat. I don't ever really play the game in a serious way -- just meme around setting up traps, throwing boulders at people etc. I've never really tried to be a competitive player, just wanted to have fun and enjoy the laughs! If that doesn't really appeal to you then you're probably better off giving Chivalry 2 a try these days. The combat is a lot more casual and chill compared to Mordhau!

Thats also my problem, started recently and almost lvl 20, but all that I find is tryhards, lvl 247892'⁵⁷ or "special ranked simbol" wich makes it worse. I would love to have a lvl matchmaking servers, or lvl ordered from 0 to 30, 30~60, and so on, so everybody can have fun and learn. (From a stratosphere high lvl you only can learn pain)
