Ingredients and preparation:
4 eggs.
Pinch of salt.
Whip the egg whites.
80 g of sugar.
150g of ground almonds.
20cm template.
divide into two equal parts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350 F).
4 egg yolks.
Vanilla.
70 grams of sugar.
100 ml of cream.
Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Let cool.
125 g of softened butter.
70g of almond flakes.
Store in refrigerator for 1 hour.
