Ha! Never thought of using an immersion blender for baking. I hesitate to bake because it’s a big to do. I’m going to try this method. It looks like much easier to clean up. Thanks

It's definitely a great option if you don't have a stand mixer, for example, and yes does feel like it's less messy (hopefully!)
