Swedish Christmas ham - in stop motion

Swedish Christmas ham - or "julskinka" - is first boiled with spices, then coated with mustard and breadcrumbs and lastly baked in the oven. You'll have food for days, to be sure! Enjoy it warm or cold, maybe on a slice of crispbread or with boiled potatoes. It's often served with apple sauce and mustard.
