Thank you ciao for this recipe, I loved making this because the dough was sturdy compared to other cinnamon doughs and because I weave hair the weaving was easy for me. Only challenge I had was in the weaving the filling was spilling out too much. I think I lost half my filling in the whole weaving process and you didn’t seem to have that issue. I want to attribute that to you having cold weather. I stay in Ghana to the weather is extremely hot so maybe next time I will chill the filling before spreading or chill the dough before cutting or I will only use half the filling. Either ways wonderful recipes. Thank you and God bless.

I reduced the sugar for the filling to 90g, and it was perfect not too sweet. The softness and the smell of cinnamon are amazing. The recipe is amazing. Thank you so much.
I love cinnamon rolls with pecans, the pecans (or any other nuts) give it additional texture. Thanks for sharing such an interesting way to fold the dough, it looks really pretty
