In the south we call Worcestershire sauce, the Dub sauce , bc it begins with “W” we shorten the word “double U” 😂 These look amazing, like you said not figure friendly , but sometimes you need a good ole fashioned comfort food especially in the Fall or Winter . I’m jealous y’all will be cooler sooner than we will. Yesterday in TX we had 106 🥵. Stayed blessed beautiful people and thanks for sharing ❤fromTX

My Father use to call Worcestershire sauce, Bug Juice. I really don't know why but I call it that. When I give a recipe to someone I usually get a question or a call. What the heck is bug juice. Now they call it bug juice !!!!
