Mahesh Motant It is for anyone who lives outside Sweden. Sweden allows many immigrants escaping conflict from war-torn areas. Otherwise it is difficult. The only way is to either have family, or get an education their. Seeing as how my only Swedish ancestor was my great great grandfather who immigrated to the US in 1850 I'm out of luck.
