Spot on! As an American living and working in Sweden, it has taken some time to get used to the Swedish work culture. Thank you for the interview, I will be sharing this with people I know.

Lagom - Perfectly balanced "good enough".

From my experience, Swedes can be overly critical of those who are different in the community and workplace, which often leads to jealousy and efforts to undermine non-conformists, even if they are high performers and respectful of others’ roles. It’s widely recognized in international professional circles that Sweden is a challenging place to find and keep a job or to develop a social life. It would be interesting to explore the motivations and profiles of professionals moving to Scandinavian countries-excluding those driven by poverty or humanitarian reasons-and see how many of them choose to stay.

Jante law. A bad thing? Prove what you say first. Seen many bragging how good they are and after all they don't know shit.
