My aunt moved to colorado this last week and she gave me her 3 large dracaenas and there all 3 in pretty bad shape but doing better since I've got them thanks to your videos! They are helping me a lot! I don't have any experience with these trees so it comes in handy. I also was wondering why the dragon tree I think is called...the leaves were almost clinging to the stem when I 1st got it. I don't know if it was a form of shock or if it's sick so I am not going to transplant it yet but I was just wondering maybe if you could tell me why? They've opened up a little bit seems to be going 1 by 1 starting with the smallest one in the middle 1 is now opening and the top 1 is still kind of clamped down on the stem. I have treated all of them for pests and spider mites with neem oil and 7 dust and then I also follow up with a light dusting of diatomaceous Earth just to be safe!

Hey there, someone broke a branch off the dracaena (😩oh my goodness) And they left it outside for a few days. I put it in dirt real quick. Can you point me in the direction of a video that will help me start a branch. ( Should I start it in water first)? Also, it was out in the cold, and now it’s raining outside. (I think it has trauma). I had to bring it indoors 🤷🏼♀️ Thank you Thank you 👍🏻

Thanks for the information. I have a two meter tall Dracaena fragrans 'Lemon Lime' . The tallest branch is leaning quite a lot but since I reported the whole plant in a deeper and bigger pot. It's not leaning as much but I still want it to stand up straighter as the top is getting heavier and I like the look of the branches standing tall. I know it's probably a little late to straighten the curve unless I tie the tree to a wooden pole and stack it in the soil. I still want the tree to stand up more without leaning too much. Should I put a stick on the opposite side of the branch and tie it with soft gardening tape to hold the shape until the root system has fully developed in the new lot to help it straighten up? Thanks.

Thank you for your new video. I sell plants at a big box store in California, USA. Can you write the name of the plant on the screen and the amount of soil and sand or whatnot amounts to put into the soil so I can screenshot it as a reference to tell the plant buyers. We have a problem here in the US with plants that come from other states that they have to be quarantined and go through inspection for pests. Unfortunately the inspectors may not show up for three or four days and the plants are left out in temperatures around freezing overnight. Most of the plants turn to mush. It may take about two weeks for the foliage to turn color and get unsightly.. is there any way to help these plants in this condition that I don't know about? Many other of the plants are returned to the store that were sold as healthy plants because they were shipped with a plastic drinking cup at the center of the base of the plant with packing tape wrapped around the stems. But then sadly people try and take them home in their cars and they are tall and barely sitting in the soil and they just rip them right out of the soil and pull the roots right off of them...
