It's really cool to see Overclockers go back and do a retrospective interview of sorts with Anita; always interesting and insightful to hear from her and this interview was no different. Great job to the interviewers as well, this left us all feeling Overclockers!

Anita is so great. Hopefully public perception will ease off on mental stuff as the younger generation take over. Anita should never feel awkward or bad about going anywhere or doing anything in society. Not that anything is stopping her, clearly!

I don’t care for streamers, one too busy to watch all the time and two because they tend to talk in a way that makes me feel old. Anita has become an exception, at least on KZbin, because she roles with the punches and has been consistent in being, at from what I can tell, genuine.

my god has she ever gotten quite buff holy crap, your hilarious Anita lol cool interview Overclockers, yeah agree keeping the place safe for us on the spectrum is great super helped me. I get people trying to trigger me al the time, so freaking annoying that they find it funny. I have ADHD and PTSD and it sucks, seriously hey can you not do that that can you not say that please. You really see how cruel and self centered people are when you are on the spectrum their feelings are way more important than causing suffering and other actually enjoy seeing you suffer, I had my actual family think causing me emotional pain, anything in my face is triggering and they would do the running through the forest thing or stick there hand in my face and when I reacted they would poke fun of me. This is my father and brother mostly, I don't talk to hem anymore because they have zero respect for my mental health at all.

I think, she is a Liar. She does not suffer from Tourette's syndrome and has never suffered 😮 ! There are no more tics on her face and fingers. No more uncontrolled movements and sounds .. And one more thing: Tourette's syndrome is incurable and she completely forgot about it.
@rfitzgerald200412 күн бұрын
@@yacobs1317 there’s a common misunderstanding about Tourette’s. It isn’t a constant, predictable series of movements or outbursts, as it’s sometimes portrayed in media. Like many neurological conditions, Tourette’s can be influenced by the environment and emotional state of the person. Certain situations can make tics more frequent, while others can help reduce them. For example, anxiety often increases tic frequency, so in a calm and comfortable setting, like this interview, she might experience fewer tics. But in more unpredictable or high-energy situations, like a busy event or awards ceremony, tics may become more frequent due to the added stress and excitement. I live with someone with Tourette's and attended every appointment with them leading to their diagnosis, so I'm well informed on the condition

She has a condition with her vocal cords (the same reason "banana" used to cause her a lot of issues) which sometimes causes pain when speaking in her normal voice for a long time and varying the tone of her voice can ease that. That's also where her popular "sat nav voice" comes from
