Ingredients for the Dough
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Water - 3/4 cup (1/2 and 1/4)
Corn flour - 1 Tbsp .
Yeast - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Ingredients for the Syrup
Sugar- 1 cup
Water - 1cup
Cardamom powder (little bit)
Yellow food colour (little bit)
*** Ingredients for the Dough
All-purpose flour - 128 g
Water - 177 ml
Corn flour - 7.50 g .
Yeast - 9.45 g
Sugar - 6.25 g
Baking powder - 3.59 g
Oil - 13.63 g
Ingredients for the Syrup
Sugar- 198 g
Water - 177 ml
Cardamom powder (little bit)
Yellow food colour (little bit) ***
**serve on the day you make it**
খামির এর জন্য লাগবে
ময়দা - ১ কাপ
হালকা গরম পানি - ৩/৪ কাপ (১/২ কাপ + ১/৪ কাপ = ৩/৪ কাপ )
কর্ন ফ্লাওয়ার - ১ টেবিল চামচ
ইস্ট - ১ টেবিল চামচ
চিনি - ১/২ টেবিল চামচ
বেকিং পাউডার - ১/৪ টেবিল চামচ
তেল - ১ টেবিল চামচ
সিরিপ এর জন্য লাগবে
চিনি - ১ কাপ
পানি - ১ কাপ
এলাচ গুঁড়া (সামান্য পরিমান )
হলুদ খাদ্য রঙ (সামান্য পরিমান)
