I thought kirat was super gullible from the netflix documentary. I then listened to the podcast and the extra info confirmed that kirat is crazy lol. She got an apology letter, but Kirat was the one that wrote the letter to herself,for simran!

The one evil person in this story is the cousin. 100% I know lots of people blame the victim, but that just gives the bad person a free pass to go do it again to another person.

What Simrat did was truly evil and uncalled for, please lets not blame Kirat, she just wanted to find her life partner but her cousin took advantage of that. Articles on Daily Mail highlighted that the cousin's first catfish victim was her boyfriend Bobby's brother J.J, she also catfished and lied to her highschool friends as well, creating false scenarios. Simrat was forced by the courts to write an apology letter, doubt that she is truly remorseful of her actions. The internet slutes even found out where Simrat worked a BIG V.P. position at Barclays Bank, she had to quit her job because of the impact of this documentary on her life. To me Kirat is a victim that was caught hook, line and sinker because she was in a low place in her life. Aka being single while she was approaching her thirties and the societal pressures from her community. I hope and pray that Kirat finds the love she deserves and gets to have the babies that she had hoped for

Also for what it's worth, I didn't experience love until age 39. It is Hella intoxicating and will make you do the dumbest things.
