Sweet Boondi | मीठी बूंदी | Easy way to make boondi

Sweet Boondi
Meethi Boondi
मीठी बूंदी गोल-गोल मोती दाने जैसी
बिना झारे के
Ingredients:
1 cup = 250ml
Sugar syrup (Chasni) :
1 Cup - Sugar
1 Cup - Water
Make sticky sugar syrup ( don’t want any string )
1/8 tsp Saffron + water - 2 tbsp - Soaked in Water
1/4 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Pinch - Saffron Colour
( After Boiling - boil another 5-6 minutes)make sticky syrup
Batter :
1 Cup - Fine Besan( Sieved )
1/2 tsp - Oil
3/4 Cup - Water
Whisk 3 -4 minutes properly
Rest for 15 minutes
Again whisk properly
1/8 tsp - Baking Soda
And again whisk properly
Fry :
Ghee
Make Boondi
Keep in the strainer, have to remove excess Ghee
Afterwards u can put Boondi in sugar syrup and stir properly , Rest for 3-4 hours and close the lid
Between u can stir boondi
After 3-4 hours it will completely Dry
Preparation (Add)
2 tbsp - Raisins
3-4 no . - Cardamom seeds
1 tbsp - Badam Flaks
1 tbsp - Pista Flaks
Mix well and serve
