Spreading the taste from west to north India of this delicacy, adding the poetic touch to it, here are some thoughts after watching the video,so i name it: 1) Khayal - e- Khas ( Thought Chef has put to make this sweet a fusion version is what makes this sweet Khas, efforts to come up with the new version of coconut sweet) 2) Jazbat - e - Khas. ( Right amount of balance of sweetness as Chef mentioned she is not adding any sugar as crush has sugar, Jazbat = Meetha, right amount of meetha) 3) Nafasat - e - Zareen (Sweet is light yellow or golden colour and is a delicate , reflecting tenderness ) 4) Nazakat - e - Zard ( While Chef slice sweet mentioning to give finishing touch and showing technique reflects the tenderness of sweet hence Nazakat is the appropriate word)
