4.5 cups of flour
1 pack of instant yeast
1 teacup salt
1 teacup of sugar
1 teacup of milk
1 teacup of yogurt
1 teacup of oil
1 egg
1 bowl of poppy seeds
Preparation: We open a hole in the middle, add the yeast and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. We add the salt. Add the yogurt, milk and oil. We add the egg white. We separate the yolk for the top. We knead the dough well. We add a little oil on the poppy, which is the filling, and add the remaining granulated sugar from a tea glass. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. We cut the dough into six parts. We start to roll the meringues and open them with the help of a roller. We pour the poppy on it and distribute it. We roll out the dough one by one, arrange it in layers and bring it together with the poppy. I made it the size of a tray. We cut long strips from 1 cm to 2 cm. We stretch the dough, hold the ends, turn it back and make it round. We make the tray fermentation for half an hour. We put egg yolk on it. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
