Ingredients List:
650 gr flour (6 cups of flour)
An inch less than a glass of warm water
An inch less than a glass of milk
A little more than half a tea glass of oil
1 egg
125 g butter
30 g yeast
2 coffee spoons of granulated sugar
1 coffee spoon salt
Black Seeds
Preparation:
Mix the flour with the salt and make a well in the middle. Add yeast, sugar, water, milk and egg white. We melt the yeast well. We start kneading the dough starting from the middle. We get a super soft dough that sticks to the hand. We knead well. We put the dough in the mixing bowl and cover it with stretch film, then with a cloth and let it leaven in an oven heated to 40 degrees. Pour some oil on the leavened dough. We also pour some oil on the counter. We take the dough and press on to thin the dough. We take pieces from the softened butter as I have shown in the video and spread it to the dough. With the help of a knife, we cut the dough into strips in 2 inches thickness. We stretch the dough we cut. We connect the two ends. Then we twist it backwards, on the counter. After shaping them, we leaven in a warm environment for half an hour, then we spread egg yolk. We sprinkle black seeds. After the dough gets puffed out in a preheated 200 degree oven, we lower it to 190 degrees. After the buns are out, we spread melted butter on them. Then we serve it with tea. Bon appetit!
