I love these so much!!! I've made them several times, again last night, and they always go within the first couple of hours (despite everyone being full from dinner). What I really love is that this recipe is fool-proof! It made me overcome my fear of yeasted doughs and now I finally make yeasted baked goods all the time, always with this dough recipe. Truly fabulous, delicious, and easy to follow! Thank you x 100000!!!

Without a doubt, these are one of the best foods I have ever consumed. As with your Easter Bread, I did not have regular flour, so I used spelt. They were phenomenal. My boyfriend ate 6 of them the next day (nothing else though, so he didn't gain weight). I made it with the pot cheese and they were absolutely sublime. A winning recipe to return time and again, especially if you want to impress someone. So delicious, not to mention that they look amazing as well. I LOVE your recipes!!!

+Ania's Kitchen I think because I used ricotta (low fat and creamed), my filling was much more liquidy than yours. They still tasted great. I have frozen them so will see how they do thawed and warmed at a later date. I ended up with extra dough and filling. Added crumbled goat cheese to that batch. Also good. Thanks for this amazing video and recipe.

They look amazing. I will cut the recipe by half ... Do they freeze well?
@AniasKitchen10 жыл бұрын
They are best freshly baked but if you would plan on frizzing them - bake them 5 to 7 min shorter and pack individually. After you let them thaw pop them in the hot oven for up tp 10 min to freshen up :) I hope that helps!

Hi Ania, I am definately going to make these sweet cheese bread rolls; they look heavenly. Might I ask if you could post the conversion factors you use for cups to grams? I know there are a varity of conversion factors on-line, but there is a wide variation just in converting say flour. Thank you.
@AniasKitchen10 жыл бұрын
I will try to put both on my webpage, I keep forgetting! For me cup for liquid is 250 ml and for flour is 160 g. Thank you for watching!
@cjcaress698 жыл бұрын
That's my kind of pastry! Trying today and wondered if they freeze well? Considering the cheese filling, didn't think they would. But considering the CALORIES, I'd love to be able to freeze and go "easy". :) As always, great video!

These look amazing. Do you ever open food or break pieces off on camera to show the textures? Thanks for sharing.
@AniasKitchen10 жыл бұрын
hm, if it is a cake i usually cut into it... didnt think about it with smaller things but will start doing it from next time i film! Sometimes if I look presentable enough after finishing filming i would taste it and show the inside but i i think i will add always showing the texture no matter If I show myself or only my hands :) Thank you for the great suggestion! It will take couple more movies because I have already prefilmed material but it will come soon :)
@sbecky12310 жыл бұрын
Awesome thank you so much. I always like seeing the textures so when i make the recipe i know if i did it right or if something went wrong. Thank you very much :) love your videos and look forward to more. All the way from Florida.

Oh this looks so good! Do you have a preference to using farmers or ricotta cheese? I'll be trying this recipe.
@AniasKitchen10 жыл бұрын
I always use my home made pot cheese :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmKxmqttfsl4fdU Farmers cheese would need more milk than ricotta to make it spreadable. If I buy cheese I make sure it has no salt added but I go for ricotta then. I hope that helps, Ania

I made a half recipe since I didn't want to have so much to eat. They were delicious and it was easy to make. Next time I would add a little more sugar (americans like things a bit sweeter than europeans it seems) and I'd add a little salt to the dough. Very detrimental to my weight loss efforts, but SO GOOD!
