Strawberry Dumplings are just what you need in summer!
This wonderful Czech dessert is enjoyed by both adults and children.
Rich in calcium from cheese and vitamins from berries, this unpretentious dessert must find its place on every table!

Dough:
250g cheese
30g sugar
1 egg
40g butter
100g flour
100g semolina
Filling: 16 strawberries
Toppings:
sour cream
ground nuts
fresh strawberries
mint (optional)
powdered sugar
Boil for 8 minutes in salted water. If frozen, cook for a bit longer until they float to the surface.
