This was so refreshing as I get tired of watching mowing videos where the yards are so junky that the mowing does not stand out…. and obviously people do not care about their yards in the first place. Look at how pretty you made that little house look. The lady has a lot of pretty flower beds and yard decorations, you can tell that family put some time and work and pride into the house and yard and seems like she has been able to keep the flowers alive and thriving because they look good, even the rose bush looks full. It appears that the tree on the front lawn (the stump the size of Missouri) has leeched every bit of nutrition and moisture out of that soil over the years. You did a great job of tidying it up for her and of course the back yard is lovely now. Great work!

At least first get someone trained with a large chain saw to cut the stump level to the ground. Then later save up for a stump grinding. First call city/town for someone to mark service lines like water sewer, gas, electricity in the yard.

PS.......get a mask..there will be lots of dust....wear gloves..dust and grass..what's in it and a pair of ear plugs..these are protection wear you'll need think about years down the line.. Grass lung similar to white and black lung..don't want hearing lost neither...Good luck!
