Egal was Sweet für Songs veröffentlicht haben, jeder Titel hat bis heute noch das "gewisse Etwas"...auch nach über 40 Jahren. Andy Scott ist und bleibt für mich einer der besten Gitarristen, die ihr Handwerk von der "Pike auf gelernt" haben. Aber auch die anderen "Jungs" haben es einfach auch drauf, nur schade dass diese Musik leider noch selten im Radio zu hören ist!

In my opinion "SWEET" was the first glam rock band? Also, the best at writing lyrics, music and demonstrating powerful on stage performances in the 1970s? All other Glam Rock bands? who followed SWEET failed miserably by way of comparison and definitely fell short of the GLAM music standard set by SWEET! Most of the 1970s Glam bands! who followed sweet did not stick around for long? no other 1970s glam rock band can compare to sweet! Singing combination of lead singer Brian Connolly and backup singer Steve priest was awesome! Steve priest was the man? he didn't care how he looked on stage? he lived to perform? You could literally see the excitement in Steve's eyes! I definitely had a man crush on young Steve priest? when I was a kid 😊! Sweet is one of the greatest 1970s bands? Sweet should be in the rock and roll Hall of Fame!!!
