I've made many many jars of Hot pepper jelly but have never done just a pepper jelly with bell peppers only. Very interesting.

I didnt know there were other low or no sugar pectins than Pomona. I would make this with some hot pepper in it to cook on meat. I've been missing your videos for months! Only the past 2 ove seen notifications for ad this is April already! Much love and blessings to you & Roger! 🧡🧡🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hello , ms.lori, my prayers for you and you're family, i wanted to ask i wish you can write a recipe book? On pressure canning , water bath, steam canning, i absolutely lov e you're way of instructions, i have learned so much, i have a question i have a 2lb bag of dried sweet cherries, can i make that into a jam? And do you have recipe for the pineapples??? Thank you! And GOD BLESS. AMEN.❤😊

Sorry for my long absence. Life has just not returned to normal for me yet. Yes you can use your dried cherries for jam. Simmer them in water (just cover them slightly....add additional water as they simmer if needed....until soft. Then proceed with your recipe. I do have a canning tutorial on pineapple. I will get the link for you...
