Yum. I will have to try that…i Toss sweet potatoes, onions, and garlic in olive oil and roast in a shallow roasting pan, turning frequently.

Is it the lack of room for them to grow larger? Do you do herbs?

They may have grown larger but the leaves were already dying so I dug them up. I have grown HUGE ones before from that bucket though. No I don't usually do herbs but would like to some day.

I am a little confused. Where do you see bubble wrap on the mobile home? Or are you referring to the reflective foil I used an an RV a few years ago?

@@bigsmokeaparicio I thought that foil did a great job of keeping the temps lowered! Although I no longer have that RV nor the foil in my new RV, I highly recommend it especially if the sun comes in directly in the windows or you have no shade for an RV. It can get so hot inside. I would use it again if I had some, I Loved it!
