Sweet Potato Pudding( moi moi). Delicious Sweet Moi Moi. Cooking made Easy. Moi Moi on the Go!!

Chopped sweet potatoes
Seasoning cubes
Crayfish
Onions
Egg
N.B No water
Blend the chopped sweet potatoes , crayfish and Onion
Pour out into a Bowl
Add your seasoning cubes, Egg, paprika and Salt to taste
Scope the mixture into your moi moi bowls
Place the pot on fire with water and add the mixture bowl into it
Allow to stem for 30-40 mins
Then your Sweet potato moi moi is ready
Serve as desired!!!
