I watched you and they have turned out good every since. I lost my husband in 2013 to melanoma cancer. We were married 40 years and 1 month. I wish he was here to see my biscuit. LOL. Your recipe is very similar to my Mother's recipe but we call it sweet potato casserole. If I use fresh sweet potatoes, i boil them about 15 min. Put in cold water, the peelings come right off. I always use my food processor. Not the mixer. Everything is nice and smooth. I am 85 years old. I like using undiluted evaporated milk too. Grandma Sue in central Indiana and Izzi Too
