How nice it was of your friend Nancy to stop by with beautiful treats. I have recently found her through other podcasts I follow, and she seems like a wonderful friend! I got my first advent this year from Chelsea Luxe Yarn of New Jersey, USA, and I couldn't be happier with it. Her attention to detail was amazing, the yarn is beautiful. I got an advent sock set from The Cozy Knitter. This is my first time, and I’m loving it! And my second one is from Candy Shoppe Yarns. A dyer from Utah, in the US. This year’s theme is Curiouser and Curiouser , an Alice in Wonderland theme. I love everything about this kit from the packaging to the yarn itself. I most likely will continue to get from her each year. I also have a jigsaw puzzle advent that I am already behind on , and it’s Day 2. I volunteer in our local used book store, so something had to give. lol. Your home is so nice. Your office seems bright and cheery. I think everybody needs a Nancy! How very lucky you are to have her as a generous friend.❤ See you tomorrow!

Hi Amanda, my Advent this year is jigsaw puzzles. Just 80 pieces, and very pretty. Also just a plain one of a town scene and you open one door per day. The yarn ones are too expensive for me!!

As a journaler, I really enjoy that you are including your journaling in these videos! It's nice to see that you have been able to keep it up even through your move! Supper looked so yummy (my favourite - salmon & sweet potato!). Maybe in place of an advent you could show us a favourite yarn colour way of yours - either your own dyed or from your stash? Also, I feel your pain regarding finding an alternate shipping solution ... I had a similar experience, only to find that a certain "recommended" company does not service the area between Toronto and Winnipeg (that's a pretty big chunk of the country!) ... Anyway, glad you were able to sort something out. Thanks for sharing your day!

I love your vlogmas! thank you for doing them. I went to the store today and got the ingredients for the broccoli salad recipe you shared. What if someone doesn't add the white vinegar?
