That is very short time to make fermented soy bean, from 6 months to 3 days, yas i agree it work the same way, i did like you doing on this v d o , but i add 1 tbsp of cooking wine and i fermenting for 1. 1/2 months to let aroma of fermented soy bean come out correct way of smell, thank you chao srey you open heart to shear this to news generation to learn how to make food by them self,👍👍🙏🙏🙏. from U S A 10-07-2022 bye.

Thanks for your comment. That is great idea to add the wine in. Without the wine, you can keep it for month too and it still taste really good. Love it
