I make my shito this way, it’s quick easy & delicious😋I’ll show you

Hello Sweet Team, Thanks you for stopping by to support my work
Here are the ingredients for today’s Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Large Onions
1/2cup Ginger
1 Bulb Garlic
2-4 pieces Calabash Nutmeg (optional)
1/4tsp Black Pepper
6 Pieces of Cloves
1tbsp Rosemary
1/2tsp Aniseed
1cup Chili Pepper
1/2cup Smoked Herrings
1/2cup Smoked Shrimps
1cup Beef Stock (optional if not adding meat)
1-2cups Oil
All Purpose Seasoning
Salt
Cooked and fried dry meat (optional)
4tbsp Local Coconut Oil (optional but adds an amazing flavor)

What I've learned from you after a couple of years of watching is technique. I made a stew with a small brisket and short ribs. I let them cook in their own juices. Added oil, onion and sweet potatos. Next I put in an onion, habanero, two tomatoes, and meat broth. Cooked, blended the whole veggies. I added back in with your seasoning mixture. I ate on that for a couple meals. Then I added carrots, onion, celery, cabbage, and potatoes into the rich broth. I've enjoyed it over rice. Living alone it makes for many meals but the spices keep it interesting. Thank you so much for your channel. Merry Christmas 🎄
