Sweet Adjeley, your 'cousins' in Jamaica call it rice and peas. One can use more or less peas as desired. Our 'coup de gras is coconut milk, our fluid for steaming the r & p. Add skellion/spring onions and thyme, salt to taste. Serve with pro- tein,cooked or raw veges and a drink for Sunday dinner. Delish.🤗😊🌴. I watch your tutorials often. Bye 😊

In my country Suriname 🇸🇷 we call it moksi alesi (mixed rice). You can also put coconutmilk and your baked meat in the rice mix

This is number one northern Nigerian delicacy. It is eaten with raw cabbage, tomatoes and onions as toppings with groundnut oil and seasoned chili powder. It is always delicious. Will definitely try this👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼! Thank you sweet👍
