I've actually been getting nearly burnt out editing nearly 30 minute videos on my other channel. Longer videos easily takes over 20 hours to produce. I love the way my grandma prepare the black silkie chicken. She parboils the chicken, stuff the cavity with soaked rice, then cook it in a clay pot with water, ginger, green onion, etc. I love the way home the rice soak all that chicken flavor. I hope you're doing well!
