I feel like Asian moms' recipes are like their DNAs. It's unique and it makes their cooking one of a kind. But that thing Mommy Oh does, it's really a very specific Asian thing to do. XD Same with my Mom. She experiments and mixes whatever we have on sight. It shows how practical they are. And their love makes the dishes even more tasty. I do that exact thing with fabrics!!! I literally have a blanket i've had since I was a baby that i bring with me EVERYWHERE and I do that rubbing thing with it and it is the best fabric for that purpose. My quarantine has been stressful to say the least. I live in maine so we have harsh winters so we've already been stuck inside before the mandatory shelter in place order then last week we had a horrible storm and we were without power for a week (no heat,water, nothing for a whole week could flush toilets without collecting snow and wait for it to melt house got down to the 40s crazy) then today the paper mill in our town had a massive explosion! We could use a little positive in our community right about now. Hope all is well with you and mommy oh

Try adding more water and making it into a broth.. while water boils add seasoning packet and couple spoonfuls of kimchi! Then noodles and green onion. Lastly crack an egg in the middle and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and let cook for a few minutes and enjoy! 🍜 so delicious!
