Big fan of Ally since seeing here in a small club in NJ four years ago. What will keep her moving up the ladder is the work she puts into playing and learning how to expand her playing by learning from those that made it ahead of her. Love her work ethic and how humble she still is.

I’ve seen Ally with Buddy Guy and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. She was incredible both shows. And she’s every bit as nice and down to earth as she comes across in this video. I hope her success continues to grow, she deserves it.

So is any young guitarist who play blues or rock/blues a "retread paint by numbers musician"? Was SRV a paint by numbers retread musician? Blues had been around for a long time before he came along and he borrowed heavily, no secret about that. Lacks dynamism? You cant possibly have checked out her performances on KZbin. Google her name and 2022 Dallas International Guitar Festival. She can also sing really well. If your playing incorporates scales, modes and arpeggios does that make it paint by numbers?
