9:42 i used to play a lot with this glitch, it can be done in gta3 too How to trigger it: 1. have a passenger in your car (a hooker will work) (you cant be on a mission) 2. drive around street thugs (those 2 npc models that stole your car in the clip) until they decide to walk towards your car to steal it 3. position the car so that the passenger door is closer to the thug, and as soon as they open the car door drive away 4. this will make them drag your passenger out but since the car is moving they wont be able to get inside 5. now exit your car, press "Enter" to get in any nearby car but as soon as Tommy moves hit W or up arrow 6. you will lose control of Tommy and he will now start moving like an npc, following street npc moving areas on the sidewalk How to gain Tommy control again: wait until Tommy is close to any car and hit "Enter" to get in, this should stop the glitch

do you know about new type of backrooms games, Anomaly games, Where you are stuck on infinite backrooms level, an subway corridor in japan, Japan Metro, japan bullet train? Well I believe that GTA Vicecity should be turned into new anomaly game, Not directly having Nature of the Backrooms and it's maps, but some sort of Mindscape, an anomalous island or strange planet in simplistic non-existence where you as an SCP Foundation agent go to explore but the way out disappears and you are stuck in this weirdcore dimension where everything appears as complex as in normal world but just few seconds, you see an Anomalious simplicity, Souless retarded nature of this dimension, You explore the disco club and you throw granate in there, many anomalous humans are dying in overdramatic way but those who survive stand up and continue to dance for eternity, you walk out and in, and you see the dance floor being filled, an strange police men appears behind the dancers, teleporting and trying to kill you. you try shot people in outside and they do an dramatic death thingy, and if you shoot them again, they still react, making you believe no living or deadmen actually exist, No one is dying and no one is living. day last 24 minutes on the surface. nobody can swim except you, they sometimes fight with themselves. This really should be new game that drags you as an scp researcher into this anomalous souless dimension. very similar to computer realm of maps called Backrooms but also very different, like some memory of some mentally retarded person, appearing as an planet due to curvature of the ocean but it just might be finite spatial anomaly itself floating in black vacuum infinite void that can be seen but not accessed without teleported back or getting atomized, due to being inside someones mind.
