Love that you had such good company in your locals I was scared of my first locals too. Btw Monghu against Yubel basicaly gives Yubel players (Like I am) exactly what they want. They want their monsters destroyed.

im happy that theres someone new to the yugioh scene, a returning player thats having fun. the video is well put together, though long winded, its a start, and making content has to start somewhere. i really like the format of covering 1/3rd of the screen with the card while the unpacking is shown on the left. goes to show you don't need super high editing and special effects to be clean and effective. and the editing during the deck profile was really clean and fun to watch. my only criticism, is the masterduel music throughout the entire video. this music, is the most brain-rotting, overused, obnoxious infinite loop, that every yugioh player has had the unfortunate misfortune of being subjected to, everyone is sick of at this point, as it has endless hours of overuse on all yugioh videos. thats my only gripe with the video. other than that, keep it up. i look forward to seeing more content. i like your voice, it's very soothing, and i like that you picked a deck that brings you joy and are working on it. subcribed

I did my first purchase of modern cards this week, but I don't intend to go to a local and I will make my decks around the MD banlist. I purchased: 1) Duel Ignition Hero & Swordsoul = 20$ USD + 16$ USD Shipping, ouch for the shipping but if I were to buy the cards in the TCG I would be easily going over 200$ USD, crazy. 2) A couple of missing cards to complete both decks on TCG player = 11$ 3) 90% of Snake-Eye Fire King deck... = 36$ USD, yup for some reason almost every card has been reprinted and its dirt cheap, catch is that for the TCG the deck got completely killed off with banlist however I am making the MD version of the deck. So for a total of 83$ USD I have a cohesive Tenyi Swordsoul, Hero or SE Fire King deck with all the necessary staples. I am missing like a card or two for optimal SE Fire King but i'm holding out to get em as cheap as possible.

I myself am an owner of a card shop so i do know how u feel when coming back into the game. There are alternate formats of the game to reintroduce you back to essentially the basics of yugioh. My advice if your coming back to yugioh start with edison fornat which is the time frame of Yugioh gx. Thats your cyber dragon, heroes, water dragon, and other favorites from the past. If your wanting more qdvice and help to get better i suggest you keep going to locals and ask for advice on how to improve your deck. If your shy then keep researching online for this information. Hope this helps and congrats on the return to Yugioh and hopefully see more videos in the future

First of all, very nice video and really funny animations, I liked the style. In your game 2 you could chain Vier effect to Core's effect, that way you chainblock and your opp cannot Ash Blossom. It is because the search effect for Cyber Dragon Core is mandatory, so you can activate the effect of Vier to special summon it as Chain Link 2, that way your opp cannot Ash since in the card "Ash Blossom" it reads, "When your opp...", missing the time with your play. In game 1 you coud have played differently (If you had the Extra Deck monsters to do so (Cyber Dragon Sieger could have saved you in that instance). Thanks! That is actually very tricky since this only works like that in TCG... I tested this in EdoPro (which has OCG rulings as default) and it did not work there and this also does not work like that in Master Duel. So this type of chain blocking is exclusive to the TCG XD But yeah I did not know this at the time, thank you.

Your deck was about as good as you could have made given what you had. I love cyber dragon, cyber dragon and sword soul are the best decks for new players imo. However, i would STRONGLY recommend running imperm in main, as if you don't control any cards, you can activate imperm from hand, but you don't get the spell negate. You can even activate it on your turn before you have any cards in play :)

You will need 3 ash blossom, 2 called by the grave minimal. Staples. If you want to be a bit competative buy cyber dragon like nova and infinity xyzs and maybe link sieger. I love cyber dragon deck. It was my first deck in master duel 🤘 cheers!

From the local where I went to people have roughly 80% English cards and 20% German cards Basically, all packs we get from locals or other tournaments are German packs so some cards in most decks will be German, but the preference seems to be English

No way 3 € each that was a steal some singles can realy improve this deck like infinity ,some hantraps ,the link 2 ,but the kinda expensive cards is clookwork night which using one cyber dragon u can contact fuse all opponents monsters , i know the fealing od opening a booster pack and dont wanting to damage the cars 😂 i stated like 1 y ago with 3xRDA structure deck and i wached a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh, ruling are the hardest for me bc to many cards at first to remember . There is a pendulum monster that is played idk the name is newer it looks like magnet but i dont remember 😅. In feb i there will be a SD blue eyes that might have like ash , veiler, nib, infinite impervenence which is a steal justt for handraps nice video and animation but i think that took a long time i presume.

I love that you build cydras ...too bad cyber emergency cant search pharos cause is not a cyber dragon "monster" and can be normal summoned...same goes to jizukoru he can be tributed for normal summon ..but you can search both with repair plant..try to find out the maths behind your choices so little board brakers in your deck and so many brick cards ..man your starting hand will be so tough to brake even first turn tenpais...i comment only to help you and i hope you have fun with the game ..btw check out the new cydra supports ...spoiler alert they are good
