Really interesting! My partner bought me a few coffees from las lajas to taste through, and while I personally enjoyed them all, my favorite was a red honey process that had zero red fruit notes to me. Entirely citrus and stone fruit.

That sounds very pleasant. Was it by chance a gesha? (don't even know if they grow gesha there) Feel like that could definitely lead to some more citric and stone fruit qualities
