I had the same issue, so you need to first apply for a change of name and signature in our gazzette, and later on once it is confirm in the gazette you can change in all the official documents like aadhar first then pan card driving licence and later in the end you can change in your passport. do it step by step... all this once you have consulted with Swetta Jumaani or Sanjay Jumaani. they will guide you in detailed form .. all the best
